Through our business account with them, we can provide an unlimited number of assessments to help make sure that you receive the most qualified candidates for the job. Assessment packages can include anything from Microsoft Suite, Grammar & Spelling, QuickBooks, Oracle, and more! Ask us about the particular needs you are looking for today.
We also offer customizable test packages for all of your staffing needs, even those sourced outside of our company. This package is billed on a per candidate basis. When the candidate is sourced through us the assessment package is free.
All background checks include SSN validation, a list of an employee’s previous addresses, whether or not they are on a sex offender list, whether or not they are on the Federal terrorist watch-list, and a national criminal search. State information provided in the report will depend on the type of check requested, and the local laws in each county.
Since state laws vary on the specific historical information that can be reported, the county information reported will reflect the current public record at the court level in each county:
- Many states allow the reporting of convictions indefinitely.
- Some do not allow reporting of dismissed records or have a seven year limit on dismissed records.
We receive resumes through our online application process and from candidates who email them to us directly. Our recruiters screen each resume thoroughly. With our client’s needs forefront, we select suitable candidates to bring in for a formal interview. During this interview, we discuss the candidate’s resume with them and make notes. We also investigate any gaps or inconsistencies. We record notes from the interview in our candidate database. The in-house interview also gives us the opportunity to observe the candidate’s presentation and their communication skills.
We also provide reference check services. We can either do an email campaign or make personalized telephone calls.
